In #Turkey & #Greece the OK sign is regarded very vulgar! Not removing your shoes when entering someone’s home is discourteous in #Finland & #Scandinavian countries! In #Japan, it’s impolite not to bow lower than the other person when greeting or thanking them! A pat on the head is also considered very rude in #Thailand! Shaking hands in #France is a faux pas if a kiss on the cheek is more appropriate! Giving someone a clock or watch as a gift in #China or #Taiwan is also a faux pas as it traditionally associated with counting the seconds to the recipient’s death!
